Our airport transfer service can be booked for any time of night or day for all the airports we service. Our quoted prices are per vehicle not per person. Our Door to Door service includes:

How do I make a booking?
LandFlight.com offer a secure online quotation and booking facility. Once you have chosen your date and time of travel and selected a vehicle appropriate to your passenger and luggage needs, you simply make a credit card payment on line to confirm your airport transfer booking.
When do I pay for my airport transfer?
Payment is made on the day you place your booking with LandFlight.com. Payment will be taken from the credit card you give to us during the booking process.
What happens when I make a booking?
Once you have completed the online booking for your airport transfer we will send an email to the address you entered which will confirm your journey details.
How much luggage can I take?
When making your booking, each vehicle will indicate the appropriate amount of luggage it can accommodate. It is important that you choose a vehicle that adequately suits the volume of luggage you wish to take.
What happens if I cancel my airport transfer booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking you will need to notify us by email or fax. Depending on how close to your date of travel we receive your cancellation you may be eligible for a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Can I make amendments or alterations to my booking?
Yes. To do this you will need to make contact with our office and confirm any agreed airport transfer booking amendment(s) with us in writing. Fees may apply for amendments, please see our terms and conditions for full details.
How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?
Your LandFlight.com airport transfer chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a LandFlight.com sign printed with your party’s name. Your booking confirmation will include a 24 hour emergency contact number for our vehicle operations department for use in the unlikely event you are unable to locate your chauffeur at the airport.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight arrival times so that your airport tranfer taxi will be waiting for you when your flight arrives. We allow you one hour of free waiting time after your flight arrival. After this time you may be liable for a waiting charge, please see our terms and conditions for full details.
Can I smoke?
Smoking is not permitted in any of our airport transfer vehicles.
Can I stop off at another destination on-route?
LandFlight.com only operate direct door to door non stop airport transfers.
Do I share a vehicle with other people?
No, LandFlight.com airport transfers are exclusive to you and your party. And please remember the rates quoted are per vehicle, not per person.
